The focus of this fun, interactive event will be on learning and practicing the power of being an upstander (vs. a bystander) when witnessing unkindness or disrespect.
Through our dynamic speakers and parent/student breakout workshops, the day will offer inspiration, support and tools for parents and students, designed to empower and enable us to create a kinder and more positive community.

Please join me for our second, quarterly gentle, donation-based yoga session, to support Ground Education and help us cultivate compassion and gratitude as we enter into the busy Thanksgiving and holiday season.
This session will also serve as another preview of my new service - Mindful Yoga sessions offered to small groups of all kinds. Whether it’s your colleagues from work, your friends, or even family members, these sessions are designed for any private group who wants to use gentle movement, guidance and reflection, to bring some clarity to life’s spicy situations.
Time: 9:15-11am
Location: Northern end of the Colorado Lagoon in Long beach (corner of Monrovia and 6th)
What to bring: Yoga mat or towel (bottle of water, hat, and journal/notebook to write in are optional)
